About Menold Entertainment
Mark A. Menold has been a fixture in Pittsburgh’s entertainment and music scene for over 25 years. The creator of Pittsburgh’s original Zombie Fest, he organized the festival for 12 years, including holding back to back Guinness World Records for the largest gathering of zombies in 2006 and 2007. He also created, produced, and hosted numerous local television shows including The It’s Alive Show.
Mark is the creator and current organizer of Pittsburgh’s annual Krampusnacht celebration which includes organizing a parade of Krampus characters, booking musical and comedic entertainment, overseeing a Krampus photobooth, collaborating with sponsors for raffle prizes, and designing promotional artwork, and managing social media, marketing promotions, and public relations.
Mark’s extensive music and entertainment achievements include producing records for regional bands including 313, Mad Dogs, Soulbenders, Deathmobile, The Botched, and The Bloody Seamen.
